He appreciates the opportunities that AMA offers him to connect with fellow members and business professionals, which enhances his communication abilities and broadens his network. Tanner knows that these relationships will be very helpful to him as his career progresses.

Tanner's baptism, which demonstrates his strong devotion to Jesus, is among his greatest personal achievements. This part of his life impacts his interactions with AMA and feeds his desire for personal development.
Cherishing Time with Loved Ones
Tanner values relationships in both his personal and professional life, as seen by his passion of spending time with his family and friends outside of school. He highlighted his friendly demeanor and excitement for interacting with others by saying, "I may seem shy at first, but if we start a conversation, it is hard to stop me from talking."
Favorite AMA Memory
Tanner reflects on his time working in the Sweet Spot at Cedar Point as his favorite AMA memory. In addition to allowing him to enjoy himself, the event showcased the teamwork and camaraderie that defines the AMA experience. He believes that being part of teams throughout his life has taught him "hard work and cooperation," which he values as essential skills in college and beyond.
Advice for New Members
Tanner encourages new AMA members to make the most of all the opportunities, whether they include fundraising, networking, or going beyond their comfort zone. Through AMA, he expects to network with people in his field of business and learn more about potential careers. He also, believes that everyone involved can gain invaluable experience.
